7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanlun Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, unless otherwise specified in a separate service agreement.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hefei, Anhui Province, China.
